How It Works
STEP 1: Purchase any of the eligible laptop computer-carrying bags in the line and send in your registration form which is found in the front section of the bag. If you do not have a registration form, you can use the link below. Registration Form (.pdf) >>
Send a completed registration form, along with a receipt from your purchase to: Laptop Protection Program 9643 Olive Blvd St. Louis, MO 63132
Once we receive your form, you are officially registered and your one year coverage begins.
STEP 2: In the event that your bag is stolen, obtain a police report within 48 hours and send it, along with a Loss Report Form below, to the above address or via fax to 888-882-8127.
