During Holiday periods, though, it can be 2 business days, so please state latest delivery date in COMMENTS box when ordering, and we will advise the best shipping method via email. If the product is out-of-stock, you will be notified when it will be in. You will also receive a personal e-mail from us, letting you know when your order shipped, your total cost, tracking number, and how soon you can expect to see it. If you have any questions, please e-mail us at the address above, and we will answer your questions within 24 hours. RETURNS: We accept all returns within 30 days of the shipping date. After which time, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, we will gladly arrange an exchange. INTERNATIONAL Orders: MUST select AIR, and type their specific requests in the "comments" box of their order. We will contact you with shipping rate options for you to choose within 24 hours of you placing your order. Sales Tax: A sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all orders shipped to a California address. Otherwise there is no tax added to your order. SHIPPING: We ship all Ground orders via UPS, and do so FREE for orders over $100 (except on TUMI). We do not take responsibility for delayed items due to UPS delivery errors, but we will assist you in tracking your package. There are no refunds due to shipping errors.
